a selection of prepared sandwiches on a variety of breads. (Roast beef, turkey, ham, tuna with dill and vegetarian selections)  Some sandwiches will come with cheese; all will be made with sliced tomatoes, green leaf lettuce and assorted vegetables.

Gourmet Sandwich Assortment:  $8.00/person                                                                                                                                        House classic selections including chicken salad, casco roll-up, turkey club, cucumber dill, brie & gourmet toppings.

Deli Platter:  $7.50/person
A platter of sliced roast beef, roasted turkey, smoked ham, swiss cheese, Havarti dill, provolone, and cheddar cheese. Served with a platter of vegetables including: green leaf lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onion, sprouts, and carrots. Comes with a basket of our fresh baked breads, and an assortment of condiments.

Quick Lunch:  $9.00/person
Our sandwich assortment served with potato chips, and a selection of cookies and desserts from the bakery case.

Working Lunch:  $9.50/person
Our sandwich assortment served with your choice of pasta or potato salad, and a selection of cookies and desserts from the bakery case.

Brown Box Lunch:  $9.95/person                                                                                                                                                                     Choice of sandwich (Cucumber Dill w/roast beef, ham, turkey, Chicken Salad, Casco Roll Up, Turkey Club or MidEastern Roll Up) with bag of chips, spring water & cookies. Individually packed and labeled in a kraft lunchbox.
